I am so excited that you have decided to get this journal. This journal is for you to reflect on your own personal mental wellbeing and allowing you to do the work that is needed to heal. As a mental health therapist of 14 years, I know that it is important to have tools and resources that allows us to challenge our thoughts in order to cope with challenges and live fulfilling lives. My hope is that this journal allows you to do the inner work needed to live your best life. If you are currently in therapy, this is a great tool to bring up topics to your therapist.
